2. Submitting a DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notice, The Mode Muse will review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

3. Counter Notification

If you believe that content you posted on The Mode Muse was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification.
Your counter-notice must include the following:

1. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
2. Identification of the content that was removed and the location (URL) where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringement Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, The Mode Muse reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict access to any user account found to be repeatedly infringing copyrighted material.
