A Woman Visits the Dentist and he asks her a VERY Personal question

A woman visits the dentist for a routine cleaning.
Everything’s normal—until the dentist pauses and says,

“Before we continue, I need to ask you something… personal.”

She tenses.
“How personal?”

He lowers his mask and says,
“Do you struggle when someone’s deep in your mouth?”

She laughs nervously.
“Oh! I thought you were going to ask something dirty.”

He winks.
